Questions & product options.

Which heater and brand?

Heater size depends on the space, insulation and intended use. Ask about AUTOTERM Air 2D or Air 4D. Webasto, Eberspacher, VEVOR and other customer-supplied kits are assessed individually; specialist diagnostic or warranty work may need a brand specialist.

Can you extend ducting or change vents?

Yes, ask for an assessment. Send the heater model, duct diameter and photographs of the route and openings. Outlets, adaptors and bends must suit the heater instructions. Additional parts and labour are quoted first.

What does the installation cover?

Your quote specifies mounting, fuel supply, electrical protection, combustion air and exhaust routing, warm-air ducting and controller position. Operating checks follow the exact heater instructions.

Exhaust routing, heat protection, access for servicing and a suitable carbon monoxide alarm must be considered. Extra work is agreed before fitting.

Assessment, deposits & fitting dates

Free initial WhatsApp photo assessment. An in-person assessment is £100, credited against an installation booked within 30 days. Once the specification and price are agreed, the deposit is £100 for labour-only fitting or 30% for supply and fit. Balance after installation and testing. Dates are confirmed after assessment.
