You do not need to choose a sensor, pump or reset procedure yourself. Book diagnostics and include a photo or the wording of the warning.
What we can check
We read fault codes and available live data, then use the findings to guide checks of the AdBlue system, relevant sensors, wiring and dosing components. The checks needed depend on the vehicle and symptoms.
We explain the findings before recommending parts or further work. A warning alone does not confirm that an AdBlue tank, pump or NOx sensor needs replacing.
Does it just need an AdBlue reset?
Sometimes a vehicle needs a supported reset or adaptation after the correct repair or service procedure. Clearing a warning does not repair an active fault, so a reset-only fix cannot be promised.
If a no-start countdown is displayed, contact us promptly with the exact message and remaining distance. Vehicle-specific checks are needed before we can confirm the repair or reset options.
AdBlue and DPF faults are different
AdBlue is used by the SCR emissions system. A diesel particulate filter traps soot. If your warning relates to the filter, see our DPF cleaning and regeneration service. We can investigate when several emissions warnings appear together.
