Service Charges & Payment Adjustments

For situations where only a tiny portion of the first hour is utilized, we may offer a reduced call-out fee of £65, reflecting the actual time spent. This adjustment is subject to the nature of the job and the exact time spent on the service.
Materials and parts are billed separately, with estimates provided upfront for customer approval. This ensures no surprises and lets our customers decide about their vehicle service needs.
At SP88, our commitment to transparency extends to every aspect of our service pricing and payment process. In cases of refunds processed through PayPal, please be aware that PayPal’s transaction fees are not recoverable and will not be included in the refund amount. Refund, Cancellation, and Late Appointments
Our policies are designed to balance flexibility and fairness. Services rendered are typically non-refundable, with specific provisions for defective parts. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, with a fee for late cancellations.
