About Memory Card

Comes with a 128GB memory card. Max Supports 256 GB Micro SD Card

The dash cam supports standard Micro SD cards.

Please use memory cards with the 32G(MINIMUM)-256G(MAXIMUM) of Class 10, U3(UHS-1) Speed or above.

We recommend using Class 10 or High Endurance Micro SD cards.

When you insert a new card into the machine, please format the card on the Dash Cam before you use it.

You can find the Format option on the menu of Dash Cam.

The memory card may become damaged or deteriorated after repeated cycles of overwriting,

and this may affect its ability to save video and image files.

If this occurs, immediately replace it with a new memory card

Please tear off the surface of the protective film before use and keep the lens clean.

On the 1st and 15th of every month, the machine will remind you to format the memory card. Don’t worry that the files will be deleted automatically. If the format is not operated, the files will not be deleted automatically.

GPS installation

Note: GPS housing has a silkscreen GPS symbol facing up. Installation of the reverse will affect the GPS signal becomes weak.

Built-In WiFi Feature: The WiFi range of V7 is 6~7 meters from the dash cam. V7 Dash Cam is NOT a cloud dash cam, and you can’t view your videos remotely away from more than 6~7 meters from your car. To utilize the WiFi feature, you must stay within the 6~7 meters range from your HUPEJOS V7 Dash Cam. Like your home WiFi, you don’t get a WiFi signal outside your home, the same way the WiFi range for this tiny device is 6~7 meters.Note: The dash cam’s WiFi cannot be connected to the Internet. Only a short distance (about 10fts) can be connected to the mobile phone via TsCam APP.

How to Install GXPlayer player

1、MAC system computer: Search “GXPlayer” on the application market of Apple computer to install it.

2、 Windows system computer: the installation method is as follows.

Windows systems, you can automatically generate the GXPlayer installation file from the memory card used in V7PRO Dash Cam, find GXplayer in the file, and click download, and install GXplayer player to use.

G-Sensor Auto Latch

Here are few frequently asked questions and quick tips to get started:

1.Q:Does it include the SD card?

A: Yes. For the convenient, we have already installed the 128GB SD card inside the dash cam. Please check the dash cam SD card slot, you can find it.

2.Q: Why can’t I view the live video on the APP?

A: The cellular data will cause the live feed not to be viewed. Please disable the “Peztio” cellular data of your cellphone.

Setting→Peztio→Disable the “Cellular Data”.

3.Q: Why the APP won’t show the real time recording?

A: The APP needs to be connected to the DVR dedicated wireless network to watch videos in real time. Please switch the mobile WiFi network to “HUPEJOS_V7PRO_****”, and then enter the APP to view the real-time video.

4.Q: Can’t connect WiFi or connect failed?

A: Please remember to authorize the App with the album, location, WLAN & cellulardata and turn off the VPN, security software and anti-virus APP of your mobile phone, otherwise you will not be able to connect to wifi.

5.Q: Why doesn’t WiFi connected automatically?

A: Let me explain to you why we set the wifi to need to be connected manually instead of automatically connect the wifi as soon as it is turned on. Since many mobile phones on the market are single-channel mobile phones, the SIM card cannot be used after connecting to WiFi. We are worried that the automatic opening and connection of WiFi will cause some mobile phones to be unable to use 4/5G and miss important information.

6.Q:Need Record for 24 hours?

(Radar intelligent monitoring system): In the car off state, the front 3 ~ 4 meters range to monitor the object close to the car, the car dashcam automatically record video 1 minute, and a minute later will automatically stop recording and shut down; recording 1 minute after if the object continues to detect the movement has been recording until the object left, the machine will automatically stop recording and shut down( (need to connect to hardwire kit, buy extra ASIN: B0BYJLN3CF).

7.Q:View GPS information?

A: if you want to view GPS information,please install GXplayer on computer,we don’t suggest you to use tablet to view videos,it can’t show GPS information.GXplayer can only be run on windows and mac

1: TsCam APP download video, GPS driving position track can be seen in TsCam APP mobile playback.

2: Install GXPlayer on the computer side, and watch Google Map GPS driving position track. The installation and use of these two methods are detailed in the manual.
