Non-intrusive safety/condition check + quick OBD scan + short road test (if permitted). Ideal the day before your MOT.

🧠 Diagnostics (Warning Lights / No-Start / ABS/Airbag)

£100 labour (includes first 45 mins)
On-site OBD scan, live data, and tests to find the fault. Clear findings + repair options.
Extra time £30 per 15 mins. £30 credited if you book the repair within 7 days.

🛠️ Interim Service (Add-On)

£100 labour only — parts extra
Oil & filter change with correct-spec oil, new washer, service light reset, fluid top-ups and visual safety check.
Parts (oil/filter etc.) quoted by registration and confirmed before work.

🛠️ Full Service (Add-On)

£150 labour only — parts extra
Oil & filter, air filter, cabin/pollen filter, spark plugs (petrol) or fuel filter (diesel), service light reset, checks and top-ups.
Parts quoted by registration; we use OE-quality parts/fluids.

Payment: Small deposit on booking; balance (labour + parts) on completion. Add your registration in notes so we can pre-price parts.

1) How long does an MOT take?
Usually 45–60 minutes. With Collection & Delivery, allow extra time for pickup, admin and return.

2) What do I need to bring?
Just the car and keys. If you’ve changed address or plate recently, bring any relevant docs. We’ll message if anything else is needed.

3) What if my car fails?
We’ll send a clear quote for repairs. Retest rules/fees are set by the MOT centre. Adding a Pre-MOT Health Check (£100) often avoids a retest.

4) I’ve got a warning light on — book MOT or diagnostics?
Book Diagnostics (£100 incl. first 45 mins) first. We’ll find the fault and advise fixes so you can pass.

5) Do you cover my area?
Sutton & South London as standard. Outside area may have a small travel surcharge (shown at booking).

6) How do I pay?
A small deposit secures your slot via the booking link; balance on completion (card link, bank transfer, or cash).

7) Can I add servicing at the same time?
Yes. Interim Service — labour £100 or Full Service — labour £150 (parts extra). Add at checkout so we can pre-price oil/filters by your registration.
